19, Male, 5 foot 9, 210, Caucasian, United States, Just had pneumonia for about a month but i've been fine last 2 weeks. I took Amoxicillin for my pneumonia. I take retatrutide as well but I've had these long before taking either of those. Non Smoker, Its been at least 1-1.5 years.

So I get these bumps around my arms and I'm so tired of them. On one arm there is a bump that is noticeably pinker than the others and that one is quite raised and feels like it needs to burst. As for the others I don't really have much pain with them, sometimes I'll get ones that raise up and then they hurt before going back down. I don't really know how to describe it though. They are just kind of there and if they aren't raised I don't physically notice them but I mentally do and try and hide them as I don't like how they look.

I have like a classic shower/tub combo. When I take shower the drain doesn't really work and it ends up backing up to the point where I am basically standing in a bath taking a shower. It is getting old and I don't know how to fix it. Its such bad waterflow that the soap dries to the side of the tub instead of flowing down into the drain. I have to manually clean it off and I'm just tired of it. I shave my chest and down south once a week so some hair goes down but its not like a ton of hair as it's regular maintenance for me. Not enough that it should cause my drain to not work in my non plumbing opinion. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Moving down to attend CSULA in the fall and I bass fish all the time. I also enjoy lots of other fishing as well so I was just wondering if you guys had bass fishing down there and if you don't what is better to fish for? Anything helps much love!

I am an MMA fighter and avid weightlifter. I just had Pneumonia for a little more than 3 weeks close to 4. I dropped about 25ish pounds and I finally got back into the gym this morning and went to bench and I usually have 225 as my working set at about 4 x 4-6 reps. I went in this morning and I was kinda devastated to hit 185 for 1 rep and I almost died haha. I kinda laughed it off but I've just been in a horrible mood all day. I've spent a lot of time getting my lifts up. I had a major elbow injury about 3 years ago and it took a ridiculous amount of effort to get a decent bench. I've never lost this much from being sick so I was wondering if you guys had any advice for me on how long it might take to get my strength back. Just really bummed out but I'm just looking for some advice. Anything helps, thanks!

• Dual GPUs: Intel UHD Graphics 630 (integrated) + AMD Radeon Pro 5300M (discrete)

Problem: YouTube videos were causing massive lag (105%+ CPU usage, dropping frames) and three-finger trackpad gestures were stuttering. Activity Monitor showed 0% GPU usage across all processes.

What I've Already Fixed:

1. Cleared Chrome's GPU cache - This fixed hardware acceleration. GPU usage now shows properly in Activity Monitor.
2. Installed h264ify extension - Forces H.264 codec instead of AV1 (my Intel GPU can't hardware-decode AV1).
3. Installed gfxCardStatus - Set to "Discrete Only" to force AMD GPU.

Current Issue: Despite gfxCardStatus showing "d" (discrete) in the menu bar and sudo pmset -a gpuswitch 1 being set, Chrome is still using the Intel UHD 630 instead of the AMD Radeon Pro 5300M.

chrome://gpu shows: GPU1: VENDOR= 0x8086, DEVICE=0x3e9b ACTIVE GL_RENDERER: ANGLE (Intel, ANGLE Metal Renderer: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630...

What I've Tried (Didn't Work):

• Ran sudo pmset -a gpuswitch 1 (confirmed with pmset -g showing gpuswitch 1)
• Deleted Chrome's GPU cache: rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Google/Chrome/Default/GPUCache
• Killed all Chrome processes: pkill -9 "Google Chrome"
• Launched Chrome with: open -a "Google Chrome" --args --force_high_performance_gpu
• Verified System Settings → Battery → Automatic graphics switching is OFF

Current State: YouTube is "smooth enough" but not perfect. Chrome Helper still hitting 30-40% CPU when it should be way lower with the AMD GPU doing the heavy lifting.

system_profiler SPDisplaysDataType shows both GPUs present, with the display connected to AMD, but Chrome refuses to use it.

Anyone know how to actually force Chrome to use the discrete GPU on macOS? Is this a known bug?

UFC 6 Review:

Flow State: I don't mind the concept of the flow state however it's poorly done. The idea is that landing a certain type of strike or movement can unlock the flow state which is cool. You get a bit better and locked in when activated but you get knocked out super easy.

Glitches: Block breaking is going to make you guys want to quit the game super quickly. It's really, really bad. MVP is super overpowered as well because his character animations a hook and straight look the exact same so you can't dodge and he block breaks like crazy. Very poorly made here.

Kick Overhaul: Body kick is just X/A and O/B, Left bumper turns it into a head kick and left trigger turns it into a leg kick. Its actually super nice you guys will probably like it. Block break combos seem to have been removed. In UFC 5 you could throw left hook, straight, hick kick and if you landed all 3 it would land through the block. Now you can't throw all 3 in a row. You have to pause to throw the head kick.

Grappling: Basically the same system from UFC 5 which I actually liked but I know a lot of people weren't a fan. Personally I felt like once you learned it overall it was pretty good. They added a new animation called cage butterfly. When your in bottom mount near the cage you can slide yourself up against the side of the cage and choose to get straight up or get up to the side. Overall pretty much the same but I didn't have major complaints from the last system anyway.

Graphics: Hair actually looks really good in my opinion. That for whatever reason seems to be hard for games to do but I thought they did a good job. However the rest of the game looks like the UFC Mobile game. It's a mess. The UI is so difficult to pay attention to. The UFC 4 and UFC 5 UI was honestly great I don't know why they changed it.

Fighter Animations: It is really clear to me they did put effort into making the fighter animations exist. I feel like each fighter really does have a unique style. Granted they only have Pereira, Khamzat, DDP, MVP, and Whittaker in the game right now. So props to them for actually trying. That being said other than Alex's leg kick which is fucking perfect, the rest of the animations feel off for some reason but I can't really explain it.

FAVORITE EDITION: Each fighter you can choose has their own level system. So you can see your going to fight someone and that they have a level 15 pereira which means they have some experience but not a ton. I already have like a level 7-8 pereira which this quickly into game means I have good experience. It's honestly a small detail but I really really like it.

Fighter Models: Fighter's really seem to fit their bodies, it doesn't feel like they all have the same couple bodies with tattoos and details added. It feels much more like each one is a unique character model.

They have a couple different modes but we can't view what they actually are in closed beta but here they are: The Legacy, UFC Career, Hall of Legends, Fight Now, The Gym, Quick Fight, Ranked: Ladder, Ranked: Stand and Bang, Online Career.

You can go into the gym but for the life of me I can't figure it out. You have the ability to recruit fighters and assign them different trainers that you can unlock from leveling up in game. I don't understand why and I really tried to but I'm gonna need someone else to explain it to me.

Final take on the game: They clearly put a lot of effort into improving this game, but while I appreciate that, the effort feels misplaced. They spent a lot of time improving and adding new features which some of them are really nice but some are just not good. They kind of overlooked a lot of glaring issues within the previous editions. I feel this could have been like a major update to ufc 5 and they could have released UFC 6 in 1 year. But It's EA and they want $ so it was always going to happen like this.

MAJOR BUGS NOT ADDRESSED:

You still have that annoying thing when your knocked down agains the cage and can't move at all until your up.

I'm an MMA fighter and I've been out of commission with this for a while and I am dying to get back in the gym. I'm just curious if it something where I can go off of how I feel or if there's a specific thing that I have to look for before I can go. I just want to go as quickly as possible without making myself worse. So I can wait if that's what it'll take but if it's something where I can go back earlier i'd be happy to do that.

I was told we are supposed to get an enrollment appointment or something with an advisor but I checked my GET and didn't see anything. I was looking around and also saw that their is an orientation to attend. Is there a way to attend that online? I had also seen something where sometimes people enroll at orientation so I was just asking you guys to see if that was true.

I am 19M in the US. I took a gap year after graduating last year and going to college in the fall this year. A lot of my "friends" went off and we kept in pretty decent contact and several I talk to a couple times a week. It can be pretty tough because you make new friends when you go away and not seeing each other in person often also makes things more difficult. Anyway I still felt while my friendships with people had maybe not been as strong as when we hung out daily in high school, they weren't like totally gone. I had my birthday on saturday and literally nobody said anything. Except for my mom, dad, and little brother. No friends, no family, nothing. And it's not that I think they are necessarily bad people but it just hurts to see where I stand in their lives. I know birthdays maybe aren't the most important thing to everyone, but still. I feel like a quick message isn't hard. I've been sick for about a week as well with pneumonia so I haven't been able to distract myself with anything other than just lying around being sick. I'm pretty upset with this as I kind of realized that maybe I thought I was friends with these people but they maybe didn't value the friendship the same way. Idk if me being upset with this is reasonable or I'm just kind of being a baby about it but I do feel upset. Honestly this whole thing kind of made me feel pretty lonely. I know that my immediate family remembered which was nice, but I'm sure you guys can understand it's kind of different. I'm just sitting here wanting to cry because I feel like nobody really chooses me you know? Your family is kind of obligated in a sense to love you and I have a bunch of people that love me. You ask them "oh you know (my name)?" "Oh yeah I love (my name)!" But it feels like nobody likes me. I'm just lost and this really hurt but idk what to do.

Moving down to LA in fall. Never been to LA so I'm a bit unsure of what there is. I go online to find stuff but it's like there is so much info because LA is so huge it's kind of overwhelming. I think CSULA is located in University Hills district. I don't have a ton of money and I know LA is expensive. I don't mind spending money and stuff but I can't have everything I do be super expensive yk? Anyways, anything from you guys would help out a ton, much love thx!

Parents are saying that me signing on for a loan will screw them over for the rest of their lives with debt and that they don't want to leverage the house. I thought that the 2 loans I mentioned are something called "unsecured" so they don't have to be leverage against anything and are just given to you.
