They stick right on to whatever headstrap you're using - I put mine where the red circle is on the Bobo - and the gate opens, you lay your cable in there, snap it closed (it's magnetic) and that's it. Super handy, easy to unsecure unplug/plug in and secure without taking your headset off.

I took the screenshots from the product she bought and threw this graphic together, I don't know if other vendors for these are available and I don't want to get busted for advertising or shilling so I'll post the link to the ones I have in the comments. I have no dog in this product's fight, I'm just saying this kind of product works better than velcro or tape or whatever people are using to reduce USB port stress.
