Recently I've gotten lazy and just use my Godox speedlight flash + macro diffusor to take pictures of watches, instead of setting up the photobox. It makes it a bit difficult (or rather impossible) to get a perfect angle + lighting (considering the reflection on the glass), but otherwise it's really a simple, quick and easy setup for a good photo.

What do you think? Or am I just justifying my lazyness?

Just got my follow-up gastroscopy results via mail, but my doctor is unavailable for the next 3 days so I can't discuss them yet.

Hi, to keep things short, I'm mostly interested in where the pain from your H. pylori issue was located. Was it spread across the whole stomach lining, or was it mainly in specific spots?

I’ve actually had two gastroscopies( 1. 3 years ago, 2. 6 months ago), but they were done during times when my symptoms were quite mild. Sadly, because my symptoms vary so much, it makes it incredibly difficult to get an appointment during peak symptoms X.X

Also, from my limited understanding, it seems like they take multiple biopsy samples during a gastroscopy. Does that mean that if you're unlucky, H. pylori can go undetected if it's only present in a specific area? Especially if your symptoms are mild at the time,meaning the tissue might not look visibly irritated,is there a chance the doctor just misses the affected spot?

imo the only dead giveaway is the deph of the tri-angle at the bottom, obviously in compariosn the colors are way weaker but thats not helpful when you only have a normal quality images people post for their ofers

or am i missing an even bigger giveaway?
