Is it weird to like women who are 10 to 16 years older because women with nurturing skills treat me better?

My friend

She makes me homemade food

She bandages my wounds.

Hugs me twice a day.

Makes me a sandwich just because.

Watches over me when I'm drunk and driven me home multiple times.

You can see why finding another one of these women is hard.

She's 43 and I'm 27

I don't want to date if I'm not treated the same way. Otherwise it's just a complete regression.

Have you ever fell in love with a female friend and did you ever get over it?

I fell in love with a married woman who was my best friend. I love her in soo many ways. The problem is she's married and I'm terrible at picking women and so i look for a woman with all her qaulities. I'll never get over it or bury my feelings that doesn't work. So I just lives with it.

No it's not infatuation. It is love. You don't spend 100 dollars on a woman for a birthday gift if it ain't love, you don't teach her English, protect her job, defend her from coworkers.

She's from Mexico and knows limited English I have disabilities so we balanced each other out. I couldn't pick a good woman to save my life and I know I'll never be treated as well either unfortunately. She cooks for me, makes meals for me on demand, bandages my wounds and drives me home and helps me when I'm drunk at work events. She's 43 and I'm 27.

Fellini filmography thoughts.

Fellini filmography thoughts.

So I'm going through Fellinis work. I have the Fellini set.

I have a hot take. I don't care for his work after he made his stylistic shift. I really like/love everything from his first feature to la dolce vita. I'm bored by 8 1/2. Juilet of spirits was cool but I found vapid and too long. The style shift 2 films in really doesn't work for me. I'll watch one more film and I'll probably sell my criterion set on ebay. Cuz unfortunately fellini doesn't work for me. Any other Italian directors that are good?

I feel like ultimate alien was useless

I loved the first season. It had really great world building but the second season was scattershot in its plot and the knights storyline was underwhelming and lame. I actually prefer omniverse because it actually has some really good season long arcs. Yes it has tts occasional bad episodes and dumb retcons. but a lot of omniverse was fantastic. I wished they just did a timeskip and done 10,000 because they spent way too long in his teenage years

Men of reddit have you ever loved a woman romantically, as a friend and as a person?

I feel like I ruined my friendship and I'll never find a woman like my friend or I'll never love a woman again this deeply which knowing my luck i won't. Or I'll never recieve the same type of love and care I received from her with another woman.

Am I the only one who is incapable of picking good female friends or dating prospects?

In my experience it seems I just can't pick good women no matter how hard i try. They say pick the ones who pick you but then they end up picking you for money or whatever they deem valuable from you not because they like you. It's really depressing when women use the word friendship to guilt you to do what they want from you. Or I end up picking women who are emotionally complicated. That means a person who is genuinely unhappy. I know people say people aren't monolithic but if that weren't the case groups like nazis, ice, political parties wouldn't exist if people weren't similar or the same in some regards.

All the money in the world is a fantastic underrated gem.

I love how tightly written it is and how the story and characters evolved. It's an underrated gem. Ridley has soo many great films

So men of reddit, do you withhold most of the truth from women? I feel like as a man it's better to keep your mouth shut

I noticed a lot of women in general can't handle the truth and it's better to just not say everything. I noticed it's better to lie.

Is it okay to compare every relationship i have with a woman to my friendship with my best female friend?

I'm fine with that. She's just my friend and she's more fulfilling than any relationship I've had. Granted I've only had bad experiences so I don't think using my friend as my standards is inherently wrong when I never really knew what im attracted too in a woman, how I should be treated by one. Sadly when you don't have any family and you have slight disabilities you aren't taught much in life growing up

Is reconciliation possible after a man confessed deep feelings to a female best friend?

Okay so say for example a man has an argument and things were said so he confessed his love to his best friend in the argument. She gets distant but is back to normal with the guy at a work event introduced him to her family, helped him when he was drunk and driven him home. Then shes back to being distant. She went on a 2 week to 2 month vacation how would the guy reconcile with his best friend.

She rejected me 2 months ago, I'm pursuing other women but she mentioned her husband and it made me mad then she devalued our friendship. Saying she likes me as coworker, she bandaged and disinfected my bloody hand, cooks food for me on my demand. I'm the only male she gives multiple hugs too. Other women thought what she said was bullshit.

Yes this is what I told her in the argument

well yes I understand you're married but I don't have to like your husband to be your friend. yes I am mad. let's see here as you can tell the woman who are interested in me just want me for stuff. you're the only person besides my grandma who makes me feel loved and cared for. And wanting to be in a relationship it has nothing to do with being happy it's about wanting to be loved properly. see you don't understand you married at an early age so you have no idea what it's like to struggle with dating. when my grandma dies I'll have no one. No beautiful wife like you. no children, no step- children absolutely nothing. I have soo much love to give and no one to give it too.

People think she'll be okay after her vacation. Idk. I don't want to lose her. Idk what to do.
