I'm looking at getting back into kayaking after a 15 year absence. I came across a Small Ripper 1 for sale. I'm at the top end of it by weight, which is 165 pounds. How well does it perform when the boater is at this weight? Would I be better off with a medium?

Anyone else's power go out in old farm neighborhood? I live off of Benham and it's our. There's a crew putting in a power line and they said it would be out a few hours. Never received any notice this was happening.
I got a TAR 2.5 years ago. The implant is doing great and I've been able to be pretty active on it biking and skiing. Unfortunately my midfoot arch which was already a mess before my TAR has osteoarthritis. I'm looking at a fusion down the road.
Anyone have both on the same foot? How's your ROM? Any issues still being active? Particularly curious about downhill skiing now.
