I been struggling to be productive for long and im out for tips and tricks to gain energy to be productive even if your very tired but not in a sleepy way but how do yall easier help yourself regain energy to go be productive

I tried using overshot but when i enable it then it will turn all not looping graphs into overshot is rhere a way to use it on some and disable it on some things? Im a bit new to using overshot graphs
