Plane loses power. Blackbox loses power.

5/7/2026 New York Times article

***“***The N.T.S.B. said that the flight data recorder stopped running while the plane was still in descent, at around 26,000 feet. Without the engines functioning, there was no electricity to power the recorder.”

26,000 feet and several minutes from the ground. And no more data because the black box isn’t battery powered.

You would set it for your fasting start time. And you’re fasting goal time.

At a certain point it would tell you how your fasting was affecting your body.

I thought it was part of Health. But I was not seeing it when I checked today. Haven’t used it for unfortunately years.
