I’ve been switching up my press-on nails since Fall began and these are my sets so far!

This is one of my favorite Rainbow Plant Life Recipes; the Miso Glazed Honey Nut Squash with Whipped Tofu.

I didn’t have pepitas, so I garnished with some chopped pistachios instead (it’s just as good!!).

This is probably one of very favorite finds!!!! This is my submission to the Spooky Halloween Shopping Finds Contest! 🎃👻💀🕷️

I found a really great recipe for PSL sauce from a Youtuber named Homewithmel_ (not a vegan channel but the recipe itself is vegan). I used 1 cup of Silk vanilla soy milk, 2 shots of espresso in which I added a few tsp of the sauce to dissolve it in, ice, Oat Whipped Topping, a little drizzle of the sauce on that, and a light dusting of Pumpkin Pie Spice.

This is the recipe:

1 cup brown sugar (I used coconut sugar and it worked out great)

2/3 cup water

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

2 tsp pumpkin spice

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of Maldon salt

2 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and whisk over medium heat. When it thickens it’s done, and you can transfer to a glass bottle or jar when cooled. (It makes about a cup or so of sauce; not sure how long it stays good for because the creator doesn’t mention it, & I also assume it’s supposed to be refrigerated too).

Hard Candy Christmas has always been my # 1 favorite Christmas song. It will hit hard this year, more than ever.

I have been collecting mugs for a while and finally put them on my shelves to store them with my Itty Bitties :) I hope they eventually make ones for Sookie, Michel, Emily, & Richard!

Breaded thick chunks of fresh Yuba sheets (marinated in chickenless broth & poultry seasoning) in some vegan buttermilk & panko and baked them, added them to a toasty GF Baguette with some avocado pesto, tomatoes, & balsamic glaze. Sooooo delicious, I could eat this every day.

I have soooooo many rooms from last year that are Fall-themed, especially ones in all colors of the Fall Harvest collection…. But these are new ones I made to mix and match stuff!

I definitely love Spirit Halloween, but I always end up going there just to browse and not buy anything because they’re so expensive! I found Party City to be much more reasonably priced- I miss them! 😭
