Why does the error log show nonsense errors?

As you can see, my error log shows that there are some errors like an additional tile that doesn't exist in my definitions.csv file at a specific place on the map. The problem though is that when i go to that part of the map everything is fine, and the same goes for the Bitmap, which i have checked to make sure is good. What could be causing this bug and how do i fix this?

Edit: Turns out the actual error was on the western coast of Malaya, not in China like the game was telling me it was
