Do you ever feel like you were doubted all the time?

I've been doubted by pretty much everyone since I was a kid, I was told stuff like "you are ugly" or "you are not good enough" "you won't amount to much" etc. I am surprised I turned out as normal as I did (I am farrrrr from perfect but with all that negativity in my life I could have turned out a lot worse).

I hope everyone in Fairbanks is doing good today

I miss living in Fairbanks , lived at North Pole when I was stationed at Ft Wainwright , still the best place I've ever lived at.

I don't understand people that hate watch a movie/show or hate play a game

I used to see this a lot on a forum I used to visit frequently. This person had 1000+ hours in FFXIV and has never posted a positive thing about the game , all the posts I have seen from them is all bitching about a change or bitching that the game is failing , etc. Seems like a big waste of time to give so much time to something you claim you don't like. If I don't like something.... I just stop doing it lol (after giving it a decent chance though).

How long did you date before you married your spouse?

I dated my wife for 6 months before we got married , it will be 12 years in August. I remember so many people we knew saying we weren't to last long and funnily enough some of those people had 1-2 year marriages.

What is your current goal in the game right now?

I've been farming bunny fate in Pagos since 8am and not even one gold chest drop yet lol... I'll keep at it until I get Bulb though.

It was a 90's game I believe and I used have a demo disk of it. It's an RTS and all I remember right now is that you could make a pub building and you could see your units drink and stuff. I think you could also make a vineyard and watch units step on the grapes.

2018 was my worst year of my adult life, had a shitty job that lasted 2 months , my car got repossessed, almost became homeless. I am still so thankful that my VA disability kicked in mid Oct 2018 or else we would have been so screwed.

I am sure its due to my upbringing (my family was not close at all) but seeing people who are close to their parents and talk to them every week as adults is soo weird/alien to me that I sometimes give a side eye to that. My wife is super close to her mother (annoying sometimes in that she seems to always do what her mother says before what I say)it can be a headache. Most of my friends are super close to their family as well and I guess I get jealous in a way but most of the time I find it weird/pathetic in a way in that they can't be apart from family for long (being reliant on people like that kinda disturbs me a little).
