How do I get crazy numbers on clover pit like I've seen people on here?

I just want advice since double dipping on switch 2. The fact people are getting over a trillion in multiplier and base money is insane. 😄 Would really like to repeat that with tips.

Genuine question: Does competitive Pokémon have a different competitive environment compared to other games?

🤗 Hello, I'm genuinely curious about competitive Pokémon environment by asking a all encompassing question. 😅I genuinely want helpful answers and mean no harm or foul.

Anyways I've always been curious about since Pokémon is the only Major Turn Base Competitive game in a sea of big action games of different genres(FGC and Shooters being most noteworthy). Like when it comes to viability discussions, is it bad in a way that it's unplayable and you just will lose a lot or something similar to fgc with something being bad but played good in the hands of a good pilot(Rangchu Tekken Panda win comes to mind)? It's because in different competitive environments, viability/tier lists differs greatly it seems.

The next is pretty common in competitive games with what's considered broken and too much? The opposite of Bad Pokémon is too strong overpowered Pokémon. Like when is a Pokémon considered just considered too good that it takes up so much representation in ranked and official tournaments? My Comparison for this is Ishizhu tearlaments in yugioh. Can a Pokémon be so powerful in Pokémon it legitimately warps the competitive scene and causes frustration to competitive players? Like could Pokémon ever have something similar in vgc? A Pokémon or team of Pokémon that just wins majority of it's matches. Something just too efficient and powerful.

Hopefully I'll what I'm trying to say😅. Like with common competitive environment discussion, is Pokémon competitive different compared to others? Is viability the end all be all or can underdog situations happen?

Do Jrpg and Wrpg fans have different perspectives on adult characters and growing with fans?

😄 Being genuine with my question, it's specifically relevant to JRPGs. The main reasons are the desire for adult characters and the idea of a series growing alongside its fanbase. As older JRPG fans have started wanting older protagonists and more mature themes, I realized this has never really seemed to be an issue in WRPGs. In fact, I can't remember many WRPGs with a young protagonist. Hopefully that makes sense.

It's interesting that what is a common request in JRPGs is nearly nonexistent in WRPGs, especially considering the popularity of characters like Geralt from The Witcher. The idea of a series growing with its fanbase also seems less common as a discussion because many WRPG fans played these games as kids, yet the protagonists were already adults. As those players grew older, they experienced the same series from both a child's and an adult's perspective.

With JRPGs, especially those with aging fanbases, there are many requests for adult casts. In games with social simulation elements, people often say they want to experience college life or a typical 9-to-5 job while also saving the world. I've seen this come up frequently in Persona discussions. Common reasons people give for wanting an adult cast include better self-projection, more mature themes, and relatable adult problems. It leads to interesting discussions about what older JRPG fans want and expect from the genre.

To summarize: What seems to be a common request among older JRPG fans is almost nonexistent in WRPGs. I'm wondering if this difference comes down to the different expectations of JRPG and WRPG fans.

What do you think is gonna happen to the apex Monsters in ascendance?

Very simple. With elder dragons coming, Could they eventually get replaced from being top dog? For me I actually want subspecies in different environments. I would really love a nu idea in scarlet forest with better water control than uth duna.

The only exception would be Jin dihaad since you'll probably need an extremely powerful elder dragon to take over it's dominion or unusually powerful monsters like Ukanlos.

Do you think we'll get another Major Revamp like Raging Brachydios in Ascendance? Who would be your pick?

With 4 Final Bosses from previous games having Major changes and giving them new life, It reminded me even regular monsters(more so their variants or subspecies) can have Major revamps too.

Raging Brachydios was shocking with it's final phase thunder dome and freaking voiced lyrics theme. It makes me hopeful Ascendance will do the same so raging brachydios won't be lonely. I always stalked about Molten Tigrex being the perfect candidate for this and it could be hype if done well.

Overall I wanted to start conversation about a regular monster getting a major revamped instead of final boss monster's since raging brachydios is the only one so far.

Which concept would you want to return in Monster hunter?

Blue rathalos is an example alongside bloodbath diabolos. I think a variant flagship can happen if it's an extremely powerful or rare form like rare species. I would love a flagship becoming the final boss so much. Talk about hype.

Newcomer to Persona and I'm excited for 6

Hello Just a lurker making a post. I remember hearing about persona 6 leaks last year on youtube shorts randomly, and it made me curious to get P5R on PS5 Sale. Now that Persona is officially announced, I'm excited for the journey of a Major Persona release in decades. Getting to experience something new with established fans.

Other than that, I just wanted to share hype as a lurker. I don't have any theories or even ideas, but I'm excited for the road to P6 release. Can't wait to see new information next, if persona 6 is 2027 bound, That just adds to 2027 being a great year for rpgs,

What Animal behavior/trait do you want in future Monster hunter Games?

I'm hoping to have a cool discussion. A simple question that can have many answers.

Watching animal planet shows, educational youtube videos, and many more informative stuff. Add in lesser know animals that most people don't know about makes it even more fun. It's a great discussion about what potential Monsters in monster hunter can be like😊

The Wilds expansion final boss already showing signs of ridiculously powerful elder dragon.

From context clues, Do we have a framework of Ascendance Story?

Just theorycrafting. Guardians are intruding to other biomes, elder dragons are popping up, and the hunter saying"Too powerful to tame, too difficult to reproduce".

🧐 It looks like the expansion final boss is connected to wyveria again, so it seems we have story continuity in a Monster hunter expansion since Gen 5 games base game and expansion were unrelated. My own two theory is abomination of a powerful elder dragon species new to wilds, essentially a uncontrollable wylk made elder dragon. or a calamity level elder dragon is heading towards the dragon torch.

I think it'll be fun to theorize about until release.

The direct made me very happy and I hope Kingdom Hearts 4 is a sign of Major third party premiering in directs.

I loved all the games show(I play all genres of games) and the 1st party stuff like Xenoblade genesis/ Legend of Zelda OOT remake were phenomenal. But it's the amazing 3rd party support that actually took my eye, switch 2 is proven people it can have the latest Third Party games. Kingdom Hearts 4 just took people off guard because they didn't suspect that at a Nintendo Direct, and we need more of that. Nintendo should have the biggest third-party premieres once in awhile and surprise people again.

Why is the word larp being used alot recently?

I'm genuinely curious because pretender and poser are already better words for pretending to be a part of a Fandom.

Like how did this happen? Actually larping communities are fun, so I hope the word doesn't get gain transaction or meaning is replaced similar to goon.

I'm excited to play with Switch 2 Monster Hunter Wilds players.

I have a ps5 and switch 2, with MHWilds ps5. I don't know how well it'll run, but I'll gladly be there to help out if it releases before Monster hunter wilds ascendance. For me this is a good feeling, especially with portable playing anywhere.

How powerful do you want the Expansion Final Update gear to be?

A cool discussion before summer game fest. I ask this question because of iceborne fatalis and remember different feelings about it having the most powerful gear in the game.

Would you want Wilds Expansion Final update Monster to have the best gear in the game or something not op but good in some ways? Me personally I'm okay with it being the most powerful gear in the game. If the final update boss is the most challenging monster in the game, I think the best thing to reward players is give them the strongest armor and weapons. Playing 90s with secret bosses, getting the best gear has just always been the most rewarding experience.

Well that's the detail I want to give. Can't wait to see people's answers.

Competitive Question: Could Pokémon Champion have Modern Competitive Balancing?

😊Hello, I wanted to ask this question and hopefully be taken seriously.

In theory, a game like Pokémon Champions could introduce balance feedback reports—similar to fighting game patch notes or MOBA updates. For example, developers could add stronger moves, buff existing moves for less viable Pokémon, or adjust stat changes. They could even introduce more drastic updates (like end-of-the-year patches or total overhauls) that change abilities or add exclusive forms and Z-Moves.

I wanted to bring this up in comparison to standard VGC Pokémon and other competitive environments. Seeing constant discussions about "shitmons," bad Pokémon, and OP Pokémon needing nerfs makes me wonder: do you think Champions will stay exactly the same as regular Pokémon games, or could we actually get constant balance updates and major patches like any other competitive game?
