I know most of you probably are not very fond of my music taste. I started collecting in 2023. My mom just got me a bunch of records for my 16th birthday! My favorite is the podunk vinyl, so I added a few pics of that one
Noah Kahan - The Great Divide standard edition - Podunk vinyl
Morgan Wallen - Dangerous (The Double Album) Deluxe edition - Black vinyl
Luke Combs - This One’s For You Too deluxe edition - Black vinyl
Benson Boone - Fireworks and Rollerblades - Clear vinyl
Noah Kahan - Cape Elizabeth - Deep teal blue vinyl
Olivia Rodrigo - Sour - Black vinyl
Part 1 winner: Since I Left You by The Avalanches (9/10)
Absolutely incredible album. For those who don't know this album is made up of 100s, even 1000s of samples, I didn't know that on my first listen, but it's crazy how good everything goes together when working with that many samples. There really isn't a weak track and the album flows perfectly.
The reason I don't think it would ever reach a 10/10 for me is it doesn't have the extreme highs I'd look for in those albums, but every single song is solid and good.
Vibe: Grab a couple cocktails and dance in your living room with a loved one
Favorite track: Title track
Least favorite track: N/A
I swear there’s a government psyop going on where people say that this album declines in quality compared to their previous work, and it just doesn’t make any sense.
I would say this is definitely on par with everything they’ve made, if not, one of the better albums they’ve made
I’m looking for the absolute best of the Best!
Please no recs from any of these bands as I’ve listened to their discographies, thank you
They have too many records it’s annoying
Hello, this is the first time this has happened to me, but near the end of the last song on my brand new record, it gets stuck in a loop. The record is clean and I can't see anything wrong with it.
I read somewhere that if you push down on it with an old stylus it can fix the problem. I don't have an old stylus and i'd be scared of damaging the record, Is there a way to fix it
