I am a 23 y/o who has been dealing with severe chronic pain since puberty (around 12-13) No doctor has ever taken me seriously because of my age; they always just tell me to "do more sports." However, my weight changed over the years, (i was in good shape when it started, got skinnier, now overweight etc) and the pain has always been exactly the same, whether I was active or not/skinny or heavier. I also suffer from chronic migraines (if that’s important) Currently, I cannot stand for long periods or carry anything heavy. The pain is constant around my left shoulder blade, radiating from the left side of my neck all the way down into my left hip. My left arm also feels numb with a constant "pins and needles" sensation. This gets significantly worse when standing for a long time or when riding the bus/train without a window or armrest to lean against for support. I have attached my cervical spine MRI. Does anyone notice any structural issues or abnormalities that could explain these long - term nerve symptoms? Thank you!

Edit : This MRI is from August 2025, doctor said there’s nothing unusual except a few muscle knots(?) but nothing to worry "at my age" but since the pain is so present, I definitely worry.
