Also audio quality with LDAC is noticeably better

The design of the subreddit has been updated...

• Brand-new banner (courtesy of u/thevillian banner design contest winner)
• Brand-new logo (just the modern Cineplex logo)

I'd like to use the Rotten Tomatoes app but it seems to be location-restricted for the United States only. I know that the Rotten Tomatoes app is not available through the Google Play Store in Canada. Maybe there's another way? Some kind of way to download an APK on my android device?

Sent a modmail to r/modsupport for a more sensitive topic but I have no idea if it got sent for manual review. The AI chatbot said to let it know if it needed to be sent to a queue for manual review, but when I replied it didn't say anything.

I recently took over moderation for this subreddit. I have past experience moderating high-traffic communities, and I'm looking forward to making this one grow!

Not sure what happened with the old mod, but they got kicked out for not doing anything with moderation here. I'm going to be looking at adding a team of active users so this doesn't happen again. Please comment below if interested in being a mod, especially if you have past experience moderating high traffic subs and/or have been on this community for a long time.

Couple of new things:

• Karma and account age limits removed. We'll see how this goes in the next few days and adjust depending.
• GIFs, Images and Video replies are now allowed. Yay!
• Removed recent spam posts
• Added safety filters to catch profanity

Things coming in the next few days/weeks:

• Better community rules. More importantly: NO AI and NO reposts.
