Born Again S3 needs to be planned better.

S1 was obviously a complete mess behind the scenes and it's a miracle that it worked out as well as it did, but more info keeps coming out about S2's production and it sounds unnecessarily chaotic. It's not like they had a creative overhaul to deal with. They were in complete control over this season and yet they still managed to overcomplicate things.

If you watch the Daredevil: Born Again Official Podcast then you'll hear stories from the actors about stuff that didn't end up in the show, and they don't even seem to realise it themselves. Charlie said S2 contains some of the best writing he's ever had for Matt Murdock, yet the character feels like an afterthought in the show we got. Nikki M. James talked about the big moment where Matt and Kirsten finally reunited after 6 months apart, yet that scene is completely absent from the show and Kirsten gets hardly any screen time whatsoever.

Probably the most egregious example is Charlie spending weeks preparing for a big stunt where he got up 30ft in the air and dropped all the way down to the ground himself, only for them to casually remove it from the episode. It was meant to be the big moment where the DD symbol was first revealed, but they decided at the last minute to just go with a quick reveal and then jump straight into the action. Cox has said several times that he's extremely frustrated that they cut so much stuff that he worked really hard for.

If they want S3 to work then they HAVE to stop making these major decisions at the last minute. Admittedly, some of these decisions have worked out well (Daniel's death being added in post), but most have been super frustrating (again, Kirsten McDuffie has almost nothing to do in S2 because they cut most of her scenes).

Has meditation helped anyone with social anxiety?

I know meditation isn't some magical cure to all of life's problems and I also know that exposure therapy is the real key to overcoming social anxiety, but I'm still curious to know if anyone here has noticed a reduction in anxiety after meditation.

If so, what type of meditation? How long was each session? How many weeks or months did it take for the effects to become noticeable?

"Why is Spider-Man getting the key to the city??? It should've been Daredevil!"

Oh Idk, how about...stopping Vulture, Thanos, Mysterio, Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Sandman, Electro and Lizard, as well as stopping a plane crash, a boat crash and a multiversal invasion???

I've been meditating every single day for over a year now and only one or two experiences have felt truly special (and it was more the aftermath than the actual experience itself).

I see posts here all the time about people reaching these deep states, erasing their anxiety entirely, sensing colours, etc. and I'm left wondering "what am I doing wrong?" because my experience is always just focusing on my breath and feeling restless. I never reach a deep state or anything. It's just kinda boring.
