A Tale of Unbreakable Dog Love (14th May). Raja was rescued as a puppy in 2021. He was looked after by a shopkeeper and a beggar on Canal Road, Model Colony, Pune, MH. A deep bond was formed between Raja and the beggar. This evening, the beggar passed away. Raja did not leave his side till the end.
A deep bond was formed between Raja and the beggar. Everywhere he was followed by Raja. So strong was the bond: the beggar was searched for endlessly if missing and was guarded faithfully while sleeping.
This evening, the beggar passed away.
His side was not left by Raja. The body was loaded into the ambulance. Raja fixed pleading eyes on them-jumping and whining desperately, as if begging: "Put me down too... Take me with him." It was witnessed with extreme pain. Raja was comforted as shopkeepers and residents rushed to the spot. He still waits for the beggar to return.
