Anyone with similar issues?

I am 28F. 10 years ago I was diagnosed with intersistial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome. It comes and goes. During Covid it flared bad after being sick especially after quitting prednisone I was on for the chest infection each time.
I also get random vaginal itching and cysts with the gynecologist never being able to say why (I’ve been swabbed and checked for everything)
In March I started having flashing in my eye and kept getting told it was a migraine
In April my gallbladder quit functioning (not sure if this is relevant)
Finally after having time to pursue my eye more I was referred to a retina specialist who was able to identify retinal vasculitis.
Usually an autoimmune condition is the cause just curious if anyone else has experienced this random mix of issues.

No reasoning to my issue.

I had a bad day yesterday with another health issue of mine and we were on the road all day so stopped at chicfila I got a grilled chicken sandwhich plain because I had no idea what I could even have there and then decided fuck it I’ll eat the fries too. Nothing happened. I expected to have a terrible time it makes no sense. I’ve been eating nothing but rice and chicken.

Looking for a miracle

I am going through so many health issues right now that I’m afraid I’m going to have to leave my job. I know it’s a long shot but any suggestions on what I can do to earn some money at home on a laptop/phone? I only have a high school diploma I’ve done hair for 10 years. I just can’t take pretending to be okay for my customers anymore and I need something I can just pick up because of all these doctors appts

Possibility

28F so about 10 years ago I was diagnosed with painful bladder syndrome/I.C. I’ve had other issues with vaginal inflammation/itchiness and what I’ve thought were zits. No swabs tests etc ever came back for anything serious. I get sores on my tongue/back of throat never really gave it much thought as they aren’t really bothersome.
As of late I’ve been diagnosed with retinal vasculitis which has been devastating. Trying to find an immune cause which led me to read about this. Still awaiting more labs.

Diamox unable to be tolerated

I have gastritis and I’ve only taken two of these pills and I am so sick. My pressure was 40 after steroid use for retinal vasculitis and they started me on two drops plus this pill twice a day and can’t handle it. I don’t see the gluacoma specialist until Monday. I’m going to call today to see if there’s any other option but in office yesterday my pressure wouldn’t go down without the pill. It went to 26.

Hobbies/activities

I need to get out of this deep depression. I’ve been in bed crying when I’m not at work. What do you all do to stay active and not just lose yourself to the depression?

Retinal vasculitis treatment injections

I have idiopathic retinal vasculitis. I am nearing the end of the prednisone drops and I haven’t had any reduction in symptoms. I have been struggling with gastritis since gallbladder removal and oral prednisone will only make this worse. Are steroid injections an option? My appt is in 2 weeks and I’m scared that oral prednisone is my only choice

Prednisone

I may have to start this long term for another health issue. What can I do to prevent further stomach damage? I am scared but this is about my vision and I have to protect my eyes.

Gastritis healing book

Is this the only way to really heal? How many of you didn’t follow this book? It seems really difficult. Is a normal bland diet okay? Some of my “safe” foods are supposedly not good according to this book

Are these gastritis related feelings? Doctor doesn’t know

Told me to up my bile binder and get back on Carafate. Also started nexium. I had my gallbladder out in April had some trouble then but it went away. I feel pain on both sides of my ribs and center of chest. Started after I threw up bile a few days in a row. It’s been 10 days and maybe getting better but I’ve never had such bad flank pain.

Pain relief

My flank pain is so bad. My heart burn isn’t as bad as it was a week ago but I cannot get the pain in both my ribs and center to go away. I have a physical job and it is hard.

Any others on here with eye issues?

Wanting to talk to other women about challenges of pregnancy while treating active eye issues like glaucoma and Uvetis. I feel alone it’s not so common for young women.
