Looking to tune a 98 Ford 4.0 ohv engine

So I got a 98 ranger 4.0 manual tranny EEC-IV computer I believe, I've been doing modifications to it for a while and want to start tuning it. Everything I can find online is recommending things that aren't available anymore. Best I can find is the sct x4 7015, I found one on marketplace I can get tomorrow that's unmarried and has 5 left. What I'm really struggling with is finding someone to actually tune it or a software to do it myself that isn't 400 bucks and requires a license. There's a few shops around that said they would tune it but they cant do anything with the sct device and I would like the ability to switch between stock, street, and off-road tunes. Lots of the shops around me think they are too good to mess with an old ranger and "only work with performance vehicles"

What are my options

Which am I better off buying for my XCU10 chainsaw?

I've got other Makita tools but I only have 2 4.0 batteries and 2 1.5 batteries. That works great when I'm at work and have my charger right there but I just picked up a chainsaw for 4 wheeling and camping, would I be better off with 3 4.0s or 2 5.0s?

I know the 4.0s have like 5% higher max current so I'm thinking to go with them since it's a high current tool but what do y'all think?

Anyone just rotated their stock keys instead of buying lift keys?

So would just rotating the stock keys one flat when installing be basically the same as all the 3" lift keys?

Cause I'm looking at the torch 2" rear 3" front shackle and key kit but could I save 60 bucks and just install my stock keys one flat further out or would that be too much?

My average sized collection

Just got the top handle saw yesterday for 50 bucks because someone bought it and put the chain on backwards, quick chain flip and she's perfect for my truck bed tool box.

And yes, imported td173

My collection of harbor freight tools that actually get used.

Not all harbor freight but pretty much everything in my socket drawer is and tons of other shit.

Bonus: can anyone guess what I do?

Just got an old willys Jerry can mount for my Ranger

Got an old German Jerry can a few months ago and just found a mount that actually works. I did put a bike lock around the handle of the can to one of my bed tie downs.

Also made that tool box last week. Now I just need some daylighters for the roll bar and a 2" lift with 33s and re gear to 4.10s. after that some engine mods like an e fan and eventually a cam and whatnot, and I'm going to put an on board air system where my spare was. Ranger is coming close-ish to being complete.
