the DJI can’t replace / refund shuffle — anyone else?
got an air 3s, worked fine twice, then the camera module or something else on the board failed. clearly defective, no crash, no chance it was me. i had it 2 days before starting the warranty replacement process and now it’s been 2 weeks.
they admit it was defective. they now also admit they can’t get me a replacement now and have no idea when they can because of SC issues.
i said fine, give me my money back, i’ll look elsewhere. they won’t send a refund. this is CA, baby, pulling that shit isn’t legal.
i love their tech but i don’t know how i can ever buy anything from this company again. this is just incompetent and fucking shady. what are you doing, DJI?
anyone else dealt with this nonsense? just disputed charge on my CC.
