Anyone else have this specific thing happen with Cainiao?
So this has happened to me four times now. I wait for package like normal, it’s with Cainiao. Then when it’s the last couple days before the estimated delivery date, they mark it as “delivery unsuccessful, you requested a new delivery time” . I email Cainiao and they tell me “the driver must have accidentally selected the wrong reasoning”. But in Aliexpress this affects my on time guarantee. I also don’t get the package for 2-3 sometimes more days. But because i “requested a new delivery time” i think my estimated delivery date is extended. Problem is i never did this, i never did anything to change or impact delivery. I know it’s not an accident because besides happening two times before, it’s now happening simultaneously with two different packages and i always get the same “accidentally hit the wrong reasoning” excuse. Aliexpress customer support isn’t much help either.
