Rebuke of the Vaal. Best way to farm?
I'm playing Paak_HC's Hexblast of Contradiction and my damage is... kinda okay for T13 maps, but bosses take too long and I barely can kill T15 bosses (let alone Eater/Exarch) on a white map. The only thing that can boots my damage is Rebuke of the Vaal, but it's a T3 unique and I've already wasted 400k gold (thans, wet Delve) gambling it.

I know that my items are trash. It's basically Day 1 gear.
EDIT: Got it after 6-8 Ancient Orbs from the boat craft. Use a 3x2 one-handed sword and it shouldn't take too much currency.

The price (in gold) for the card hasn't changed since 3.28. So there was no nerf?
To be honest, I don’t remember Sirgog’s video very well, but the idea seemed to be that Faust’s gold price reflects the rarity of the item. I’m not sure how applicable this is to ITF, but it looks like there was no nerf to ITF prison. What do you think?

Phrecia. Gambler/Paladin/Aristocrat build?
I started as a RF Paladin and bought Legacy of Fury on day one (thanks to Berek's Respite in Act 8), but the clear speed doesn't feel good. The damage is good, but without Chieftain's explosions, RF feels bland and boring.
Is there anything I can respec into for 50c? :D My goal is still Syndicate (mageblood!), so I need good clear speed and single-target damage.
I'm considering Smite Paladin, but I'm not sure about its starting budget.

RF build for RotA event?
Title. All I want is zoom-zoom through the campaign and to farm Syndicate (ITF -> Mageblood) in the first couple of days.
I need:
- High MS
- Great clear
- Decent single target damage (for both Syndicate and void stones)
- Great survivability
Bonus points for:
- Explosions.
- Ignite proliferation. (Berek is always an option)
- HUGE AoE.
- Room for IIR, because I like IIR.

What the hell is going on in Competitive in the last two days?
I swear, literally every other game has a leaver or Agent 0-0-7. I can't climb at all for the first time in my life. I mean, I can compensate for a mediocre tank or DPS, but I can't do sh*t when someone has ZERO eliminations or simply rage quit in the middle of the match.
I've never seen so many 007 or leavers in almost 10 years of playing OW.
I know This is temporary and I'll get back to Diamond eventually, but god, it's just so frustrating.

Can anyone explain?
I'm sixth in the game. My Personal Best is first. It seems logical, but I'm first on the website, and this map is listed in First Place Ranks. However, based on my score, I should be seventh on the website.
On the website, only "Lazer mode" is checked. I don't remember changing anything in the game; I don't think I changed anything in the settings.
If it matters, the map is very old, from 2008. osu!catch.
