Is an initial consultation really necessary? Up until about two months ago, I had been on Zepbound 10mg. Had been taking it since August of 2024. Why did I stop, you might ask? Because BCBS of ND decided that it's "too expensive" for them to cover and that too many patients were stopping taking it.
That said... I would still be taking it, prescribed by my primary, if they hadn't dropped coverage for weight loss medications.
Is it possible to sign up for Big Easy without needing a consultation, if my primary would prescribe it again in a heartbeat? (And she would... My visceral fat is down, my metabolic age is down - and I discovered that Zepbound was helping to reduce my cravings for alcohol AND the late night binge eating that would follow.)
