I'm a healthy weight but I think I have an eating disorder?

I have a ton of loose skin which causes a significant amount of mental distress alongside my OCD. I don't have any visual basis to go off of other than a scale and scale is misleading because my true weight is unknown due to the loose skin.

As a result I feel like I'm constantly dieting, I have my "safe food" which is high cal being chips and dip (i'm autistic) and then the other safe foods of carrots, veg, salad, etc where I'll eat for volume so I don't go above my "danger" calorie limit.

I've brought it up to my therapists and psychiatrist before and I guess eating disorders are treated super dangerously which is confusing when I'm a healthy weight, could maybe introduce more foods for nutrition but otherwise I'm really good so that just puts me off trying to get help but I mean what would help even look like for someone in my situation?

I feel like the only thing that would genuinely help is the removal of the loose skin so I can visually see reality.

(The eating disorder is mildly rhetorical as again therapist and psychiatrist have brought it up, but I remain questioning at the same time)

Getting back into WoW is difficult

Once you start to lose your community, the social aspect, changes you kind of find yourself trailing off until eventually everything feels so foreign to you it feels impossible to start again.

I've gone through a huge transformation in life working on myself and want to get more thoroughly involved in WoW again but every time I feel like I kind of just hit a wall.

Does anyone have any advice? Feel like a lot of the friends and contacts I used to have are gone and everything just sort of feels insurmountable as a result.

40/40 finished! Wasn't super feeling this league so went for challenges earlier as I tend to get bored afterwards.

This isn't poverty league but it is boring

With the reduction to aspirational content and the league mechanic severely speeding up end game crafts the overall appeal is kind of eh? What's the point of any mechanic when aspirational content doesn't reward investment.

Breach was a lot of fun last league because you could have linear investment and dopamine. Those aspirational farms feel good and rewarding to work towards (especially in SSF). I much rather have content I can work towards and progressively get stronger for than RNG charts and hoping friction wins in my favor.

Is it too much to ask for hints to not point at shrines? We can see them on the map and it's not like they add any real value.

Can you please introduce tracking MTX as its own individual slots?

Map devices look incredible in the supporter pack but I never buy them because I don't like what associated tracking it has. It'd also be nice to overlap more than one type of tracking as some of us are stat nerds and like...it feels good to see that, we already do /kills and /deaths in game a lot.

So yeah, I'd love to buy individual MTX and just attach it to individual slots, using the MTX that I want for cosmetic.

Reminder with 3.29: Our global is 773

I posted about this during 3.28 as well, it seems a lot of people are unfamiliar and figured I'd just keep that knowledge going.

The majority of global 773 are fantastic people and we have a great community.

KF totems was one of the easiest SSF starts I've had in 3.28, it's mostly untouched even with the nerfs

Just something to keep in mind when thinking about your starter.

Incredibly comfy build with strong damage and lots of ways you can go with it. Syndicate offer tons of fractured flat damage rings/amulets, can get lucky with spell dmg fracture on wand too.

New chaos orb sink

Just confirmed on Q&A as a new bench craft, it'll act similar to PoE2 where it removes a modifier and adds a modifier and one that removes 3 modifiers and adds 3 modifiers.

I don't think this will be significant enough for chaos sink but it does sound interesting, I know it'll be solid for SSF.

Doryianis mechanism NO LONGER REQUIRED

However they buffed the fuck out of the boots significantly apparently making the map much more useful.

Just confirmed during the Q&A, this is a huge SSF buff and thank fuck, I hated farming this damn thing for challenge completion so what a buff lol

Do you like the state of fracturing orbs?

Fracturing orbs joining the global drop pool is perhaps my favorite change with 3.28

I feel the game is best when fractures are readily available as it allows for more crafting opportunities. When crafting is accessible to the average player, even if at a mid to high investment it encourages game competency and flexibility. As an SSF player in particular it felt nice to have so much more agency this league with crafting than previous and it felt so much more fluid than blue man gaming as Harbies is a very specific taste and with how low the drop rates were as well made it frequently unenjoyable to farm.

Curious what everyone feels?

Is there a hidden mechanic with favor? Can't keep Ahuana in match

I don't remember it being this bad during original TOTA, every round she just peaces out 3rd-4th round without me touching them.

Curious if anyone knows if going for their favor results in them leaving?

Camera angle matters, going from feeling great to straight dysphoria

Going to a WLW event tonight, I still have a lot of dysphoria with my face after FFS but when the angle hits it's so joyful to be able to hold onto that as one step closer to my dream becoming reality.

37, going to LA Eden pride tonight

It's been a long journey and I'm nowhere near done, even now the dysphoria is high but I take the little moments of joy and hold onto it as hard as I can because sometimes I feel like it's all we can do to survive.
