I have a serious question, is Allah going to burn Shakira & other non muslim women like her in Hell? I’m not joking.

I just saw Shakira dancing on this new world cup song, and i thought in Islam it's not allowed for women to be showing their body parts to public, but in the modern non Muslim world they show off their sexuality on the name of freedom and individuality, is Allah going to be like yes they don't follow my command, let them burn in hell?
