Hi everyone, I am 16 and I recently got a job. I’ve been watching YouTube videos and reading different things that say you should open a retirement account as soon as possible. Is this something I should ask my parents? They aren’t very supportive of me doing stuff on my own. Tbh they’re kinda controlling so how could i explain this to them. What points could I bring up that could help me? And if they say yes how would I go about opening an account?

I am 16 and have a specific amount of hours I have to work. I can only work 24 hours in a week and can’t work more than 10 hours in a 24 hour period. I asked my manager this and she said they didn’t care and that if I want to enforce this they would let me go. My question is do I quit because I’m breaking the law or do I stay and just keep working?

I just recently got hired and I kinda hate it. My manager is horrible and always expects so much of me. I never got any training and had to figure everything out on my own. I work window doing drinks and handing out food. School is starting and I can’t even go to my open house bc I have to work and she won’t let me take it off. I know I just started but with school starting idk if I can handle work and school. I’m taking 2 AP classes so those will be especially hard.

I am 16 and just got hired at McDonald’s. As the title says should I know anything before i start?

I know I needed a job and after 59 applications I finally got one. It’s at McDonald’s but money is still money. At 16 I really don’t care where it is. I’m making $14 an hour which i think is pretty good.

I recently replaced my battery in my 2012 gmc canyon. I wire brushed a ground wire and cleaned it up as it was rusty. I made sure everything was how it was before. My battery light turned on when I started it. So I check my battery with a voltmeter and it read 12.4 which is good. I tjem turned the truck on and checked the alternator and it was around 13.5 so that’s not bad. Does anyone have any idea why it could be on?

Hi everyone, I have stretch marks on my armpits/ biceps and around my waist. I lost a bit of weight but they still seem to be there. Does anyone have cream they recommend or have any solutions. Thank you!!!

First play through, defiantly going to do it again. Had around 70 hours in. It was one of the best story games I’ve ever played. Up there with Red Dead 2 in my opinion.
