Suspended for non rev while having a shift ? What are my chances I get my job back

Long story short I travel 10 month ago while I have a shift going on the reason why I did that because someone was supposed pick my shift up I guess he forgot now it 10 month later and I just got suspended because of it saying they will investigate what are my chances I get my job back? It was only one day and I don’t have a history of being a bad employee it 10 month later

I have a torn rotator cuff can I still go to boot camp ?

Context I’m looking to join the Air Force but my shoulder dislocated often from lifting things over my head at 90 degree angle but other then that I can run push up pull up just fine and left weights just the over head thing that mess me up
