hint: This metric could also be applied to other languages with letters. And it is more significant mostly in English and French, rare in Finnish, Italian and turkish

hint2: The rule might be easier to be noticed by a non English native speaker

hint3: the rule is connected to the words themselves not the meaning of the sentence.

hint4: the rule is about the occurance of something, so the longer the message is, the likelier it is to be legal.

I heard some myths about air conditioners are expensive in Germany and most families don't have them at home. I personally DO NOT believe that, but not too sure. There's no better way than asking real Germans, so is it real?
