A bit of a sad post today, but when I watch Brent and I look at him and I see how funny he was and I just think to myself:
“Why did he have to die”?
I sometimes find It pretty weird that he was alive and In the band and he left and then a couple months later,he was gone I remember going to bed that night, I turned on YouTube and there was that video that from Rock Feed and my jaw dropped…
I wasn’t even Interested In the band at that point I became a fan In October of that year and joined the subreddit In November but I was just In shock about how quickly It happened…
I don’t know If this make any sense but It’s just so sad what we’ve all been through as a fandom this year and I’m not even sugarcoating the situation, for the longtime fans It sucks that you lost something meaningful and you lost one of your Idols and I’m sad that I didn’t become a fan of Mastodon sooner because he was an amazing and funny person who had his problems but he also had an awesome sense of humour that you see here,because to me that’s who he was ❤️

If you all didn’t know then It’s Nick’s birthday today,I can totally understand why today has been a bit flat on the ground with birthday posts for him on here today as It’s his first “ official” birthday In the band (well It’s his second we all just didn’t know whether he was going to be In the band full time and now he Is)
So here’s an Interview with him to share how fucking Incredible he really Is and you can now all mark June 18th In your calendars so that you all don’t forget next time because he’s come so far during his first year In Mastodon,so I suggest you take an hour out of your day to appreciate him and to celebrate what an Incredible job he’s done so far.

I’m going away for a couple days and I’m not taking my IPad with me so I can enjoy so I’m not distracted or worried about what’s going on,as you know I sometimes post about the tour on here like I did today with Brann’s werid bathroom picture,I’m not going to able to do that for 5 days this Is going to be a thread where you can leave me any pictures/videos/setlist updates anything that I can see what the band’s been up too so when I get back home I’m up to date about what’s been going on.

I think he joined his current one In October 2017, but I think he had one circa 2011 as well because I was watching an old Interview last night and the host said to him that he posts a lot of crazy and random things which Is still true today on his new one but I was wondering what happened to his old one.🤔

This Is Josh’s new song It’s called Ranting and Raving If you haven’t heard It yet and It’s going to be out on his new album which Is out In a couple weeks which Is Incredibly exciting,however I’m not entirely convinced of his pronunciation of the word “Raving” because It sounds like he’s singing the word Raven! 🤣🤣🤣
