Okay, honestly, I hate that I’m even writing this because I’ve always tried to be a total girls’ girl. I want to root for women in hierarchy
, but I’m on my 3rd job with a female manager and it’s the exact same nightmare pattern every single time. It's making me feel so hopeless.

Why is it so much easier working for men?
Here is literally how my daily life goes right now:
I do 99% of my work flawlessly, but if I make one tiny mistake, she completely loses it, calls me names, and goes on disgusting rants about me to our coworkers. Meanwhile, my male colleague does one basic thing right and she screams “GOOD JOB!” across the room like he saved the company.

The instant mood switch: She’s all smiles, warm, and laughing around the guys. The second she turns to speak to me? Total monster.

My wins get quietly absorbed into the team's work, but my male teammate gets public shoutouts for doing the bare minimum.
It breaks my heart because I don't want to feel this way or put other women down, but sitting here watching the guys get endless patience while I get dragged for existing is breaking me. I come home crying atleast once a week. She’s way older than me, I expect a bit more maturity.
