I was finally able to catch one

It was basically impossible to take pictures because it kept running like a maniac, as soon as i put a drop of honey things changed.

It was kind of small but is this a queen? A spider had a nice meal tho….

I recently noticed a lot of ants from the formica sp. near my house
Could this be their queen? Or one of them?

They have a red head and black abdomen, they are super energetic and try to bite anything that comes close, they are super fast i tried catching one but it escaped. Northern europe
