New Mandela Effect? In the 60's television show "Bewitched " Samantha would cast a spell by twitching her nose. Right? No, she just moves her mouth apparently.

This is up there with the fruit of the loom cornucopia and monopoly guy monocle.

Remember in 1989 when the Grammy's gut punched metal's biggest act?

On February 22 1989, Metallica was a front runner for best metal performance with their album "...and justice for all.". The band was invited to perform their single "one ", for the national television broadcast . After a blistering performance of "one", the best metal performance award was announced. Still sweating and catching their breath, with towels still in hand, a live camera cuts to the band. .....and the winner is.......Jethro Tull!!!!

For reference they were also up against Ac/Dc, and Jane's Addiction. Metallica would win the award couple of years later for the "black album ", during their award acceptance the drummer, Lars Ulrich, stated "thank God Jethro Tull didn't release an album this year", giving the middle finger to big media award shows.

This record is "grunge" before grunge even was. PERIOD.

Back in 91 this record was already 20 years old and was still in heavy rotation in the grunge music collective. Now its 55 years old and still relevant as it ever was!!!! Highly recommend ☆

What geological process created this, or is it fossilized?

Found in north cental Louisiana. This type of rock is commonplace here, we call it "iron ore", however I have never seen this type of matrix. My first thought was fossilized coral, because I have found sea fossils embedded in this type of rock before.

Unknown species living behind my fence

Looks like a gecko to me. The pics aren't the best, but It's as close as I could get, and this guy is fast!!...and agile. The most striking thing was his eyes, brilliant gold color, and slit pupils. Last pic I zoomed in photoshop. It doesn't capture the eyes as they really appear.

Remember in 1993 when Walmart & Kmart became the gatekeepers of rock music?

In 1993, Walmart and Kmart refused to stock Tool's debut album, Undertow, because of explicit cover art. To combat this, the band replaced the controversial artwork with a barcode and included a note urging fans to mail in for the original art to avoid censorship.

The censored version of the album included a note stating: "It came to our attention recently that many stores across our fine and open-minded nation would not stock Undertow because of its explicit artwork. Although we loathe being censored, we want your money we still want you to hear our music, so we took it out. However, it's available to you at no extra cost. Fill out the form, stick it in an envelope, mail it in, and we will send you the original artwork. Love, Tool."

Later that year, Nirvana's In uetro was censored as well for explicit artwork, and censored the word "rape" on the recording and track list, replaced with "waif". However, in Tool's case the music and lyrics were left unchanged despite multiple references to sodome, including a track named "prison sex". Highlighting the absurdity of corporate censorship.

Anyone follow through and mail it in? Perfect example of GenX giving the middle finger to corporate overreach and censorship.
