Pokémon Ruby too far gone?

Is this copy of Pokémon Ruby something I can repair or is this way too far gone? Friend gave this to me for testing purposes and I popped it open to find tons of rust.

2007 Honda CRV, what to do about this massive chipping?

Previous owner hit it with a paint pen it looks like. Not looking to do a perfect restoration on this ‘07 civic but if I can make this look better without spending $500 I’d love to. There are a few more surface level paint chips in other areas but this is the big offender.

2007 CRV EX-L with Navigation aftermarket radio options?

Hey guys,

As stated above I have a 2007 CRV with the EX-L trim package and nav. It looks like for other CRVs in the 2007-2011 range, putting a new CarPlay radio in is plug and play but for whatever reason the EX-L with nav seems to have like no support. Does anyone have any experience or advice with this? I can’t find anything on YouTube and there is a website I found but the info is paywalled (Crutchfield). Any advice appreciated, thanks guys!

Down 49lbs (240 to 191) since November

Was feeling a little down so I thought I’d share my progress here! Recently I took a trip and ate unrestricted for about a week and I ballooned up from 191 to 204 (I know, a lot of it is water weight and I’m already back down to like 196 after continuing my normal diet), but I’m still really proud of how far I’ve come. Trying to get down to about 180 or until I can see visible abs with weightlifting 5 days a week and cardio 5 days a week.

Ive been on a 750kcal deficit for the entire time and sometimes I go over by a bit, sometimes I exceed that deficit into 1250-1500 depending on how much cardio is in the mix but I try to keep my average around 750kcal to keep it sustainable.

In desperate need of help with deadlift form

I’ve posted here before and I’ve went down in weight to try to solidify my form but I seem to keep reverting back to weak form on my later sets. This is the 3rd set of 5 and I missed my last rep because I was concerned I was gonna hurt myself. What videos, cues etc help you with deadlift form?

Deadlift 225lb

Need some help with form. I think I’m not getting my hips low enough and I’m not squeezing glutes enough putting pressure on lower back. I was lifting at 315 previously and came down to 225 to see if it was my form causing problems and it looks like it is. Should I go lower in weight to correct this?
