Victory by Slick Rick was actually so good and it’s a shame it went pretty under the radar and got forgotten so quickly cause I love Slick Rick. My only complaint is all of the 20 second skits.

This album was pretty good. There were some really good songs on there, but there were some mid songs on there too. It felt kind of like a weird album with the beats but sometimes in a good way. I read up a bit on this album and learned it was released after one of the members died early, so RIP to him. My favorite song was def Knees, super good song. Overall I’d give this album a 7/10, imo held down by the middle of the album. But it also might not rlly my taste ig

This album was really good, finally an album a genre that I listen to regularly! I love jazz rap a lot and this album is no exception! I honestly have no real big complaints for this album. It was pretty short though. My favorite song is Run, Run, Run, and id give this album a 9/10.

Im also going to give a recommendation every 7 days, so today’s recommendation is Modal Soul by Nujabes. It is a jazz rap/lofi hiphop album by late producer Nujabes. It’s got some super good songs, like Luv(sic) Pt 3 and Worlds End Rhapsody. All the songs are really good and all worth listening to.

Ok, before I start my explanation, I gotta say something. What the heck kinda album name is Dubnobasswithmyheadman??? It sounds like they just took a bunch of random words and mushed them together. Anyways, this album was all right. It started out kinda weak but got a bit better. It was nice to listen to a shorter album after listening to the long album that was The Ghost~Pop Tape. It felt kinda futuristic and genuinely thought it was made in like 2005-2010, but I was really surprised when I saw it was made in 1994. I guess it was really ahead for its time. I like how this album had some songs that sounded a bit like they came straight out of a video game, like SF3: 3rd Strike if anyone knows what I’m talking about. My main critique is that it was super repetitive a lot of the times, and I think this would’ve been better if the songs were a bit shorter. My fav song was River Of Bass, I like how it was more calm than the other songs. Overall, I’d give this song a 7/10. Pretty good but has some meh songs

This album is pretty good. It gives kind of an eerie feel in some songs, which is good, and it felt kinda unique. One critique I have with this album is that some songs feel like filler, and most of the songs were instrumental (but that’s just because instrumentals aren’t my favorite tbh) my favorite song was porn for Percussion, and I’d give this album an overall rating of 8/10

Im only a few days into this and I’ve already missed a day 😭😭

I was really busy today so I couldn’t listen to an album today, I’m so sorry for that. I was going to listen to “THE GHOST~POP TAPE” by JPEGMAFIA. (I think that’s his name on Spotify right?) But anyways, I will be listening and reviewing the album asap tomorrow and as a BONUS, the top comment on this post, I will also listen to and review, because I missed a day. I will probably listen to the second one around 5PM CDT. but please don’t recommend a white girl pop album, a metal album, or a vocaloid album, not really my thing.

Zoink, commonly considered the top player in the league, suffered an ACL tear in the recent Society stream after a hard hit from 75%. I really like this album. Its nothing like I’ve really heard, but I loved that. I like how it was Alt Rock but almost sounded a bit Western with some songs at the same time. My favorite song was Devils Haircut, very, very good opening to an album. Overall, I’d have to rate this an 8.5/10 but with time listening to it more I could see it going up to a 9-10
