Nothing beats a simple sword swing.
In my opinion, comparing damage potentials off of your highest damage attack doesn't make sense because martials are meant to do decent damage all the time, whereas casters do high damage as a resource.
IDK if this is going around anywhere else on the internet, but I was reading 1182 and thought of something. What if Dragon's Devil Fruit is the mythical zoan for Zaza? There's the obvious connection to rain, as Dragon presumably created the storm that saved Luffy from the execution block in Logue Town, and then again is shown to have created the rain that put out the fires of Grey Terminal.
Also, what Killingham said about how the people of the Red Line fear three things in particular interested me. What if the three things they fear (those with the will of D, Joyboy, and rain) have a thematic connection to the three main forces currently working against the world government? Black Beard's crew (those with the will of D / the Davy clan), Pirates (Joyboy being the first), and if Dragon does indeed have the Zaza fruit, this links the revolutionary army to rain.
Also, one other unrelated thing, I love how all of the old gods (I don't think they're actually gods, and more like figures from the past that were deified over time, but that's a post for another day) have their own song that plays in their presence. Nika has the Drums of Liberation, Imu has whatever played when he showed up, and Zaza also has music notes shown.
