some odd morute aesthetic ?

i swear it’s like some extreme form of morute that involves medical , war , and stuff like that . (i’m not talking about GIMPS BTW)

does anyone ever wear their collection ?

might be a goofy question but does anyone ever wear their collection for cosplay / photos ?

i only have one piece and it’s a 1940s gas mask with original filter still attached so i can’t wear it lol. but is it common for collectors to also use it as cosplay sometimes ? because i know id want too , how do you determine what masks are even safe to wear 🫣

how to develop a more semi realistic art style (w/o reference)

sup gang - i’m real good at details and semi realism WITH references (image 1)

but when i’m using no references (image 2) my work is 10x more cartoony and 10x more “bleh” and bland -

what can i do to be able to sketch without reference in the more semi realistic style in image two ?

i rlly wanna be able to just sketch in detail , not in an odd cartoony / anime style

do you have trouble recognizing yourself in pictures ?

like not in a “who is that person?” way - but like “wow that’s me. but it doesn’t feel like me. how is that me?” way. like i know it’s me. i’m very aware. i just don’t recognize it as me. especially if the picture is like from a few months ago. feels like i’m looking at a completely different person. almost as if i’m looking at a child hood photo.

i have a very distorted sense of self, my identify is always shifting, and im wondering if this is a common experience.

i drew 5 pages of a comic today. i just started lining frame 1.

i actually wanna keep working on this and gain an audience who are invested in the characters. i have some social media . one is almost at 5k on IG and the other is almost at 10k on tiktok. but how do yall recommend i advertise the characters themselves ? i just want people to get all mushy over them like i do.

i’m posting them to my art accounts tho. which have less traction

and then where should i go about posting the comic itself ? what websites / apps / or should i make whole separate accounts on social media for them ?

furry ones- jaws.maws IG and tiktok
