Lots of mods to these blasters. The fan favorite is the phoenix 2.0 with the computer module upgraded motors and flywheels, Blacklight dart charger w/ switch, lipo battery indicator, 3d printed sight , muzzle flash. I want the seagull and another full auto fly wheeler. If you guys recommend any mods to these model blaster please share. I love upgrading. My RC car hobby transitioned well with nerf mods
I put more weight on my rig and the motor struggles with it in high gear. I also didn’t have enough wheel speed or torque for the sand dunes. I want best of both worlds but if you had to choose one would you keep it brushed two speed or big block brushed 1 speed? I’m also hoping to use the stock esc for the 370. If it can’t handle it I could always go brushless but I light the light module with the esc receiver combo.
My next build is a Barbie jeep for my 4yo. She’s a great driver but I’d like to make a rig that’s easy to charge, and turn on. I have some 2s lipo charging circuits(same ones in a usb charger) thinking of hard wiring a battery and the charger in the truck with a usb-c port. Easily accessible On/off switch. Any suggestions?
Should I adjust the chassis sway. More? Less? Just need the orange lights to work. Install the back up camera and screen in sash along with lipo indicator. I’m pretty happy with it
This build is of an AheadRC.com g90 expedition 4x4 on an scx10ii with superscale2020 active suspension. Holmes hobbies sensored motor and mambax esc. Shv650 steering servo. It has a few becs. 23 lights. Servo winch and sound system. I decided to Throw a fpv in the driver seat with servo control to look around. I am also adding dashboard display for battery life and a 1.5in screen to few a backup camera. The solar panel will be attached to roof folding to double as a shade and will charge lipo batteries
Is this right? Recommend inexpensive goggles to go with this free setup I got? It’s hard to believe the tbs core can support a 2s lip through this jst1.0 connector? I don’t want to fry it or buy goggles that aren’t compatible or bottle necked.
I am currently using stock shafts of both model but they keep popping off in the front. Here’s an example. I want metal driveshafts but the only thing that I’ve found that barely works are the stock shafts. Anyone know of some metal 24 and 30 with the same diameter and pattern?
Anyone know how I could hook up a servo winch to the stock electronics while keeping current features.
I am working on an rc project that requires 28x LEDs. I would like to have a functions from the transmitter hazards, turn signals, reverse etc. recommend a lighting module? I heard the traxxas one takes a lot more than advertised? Any good ones out there you recommend? Would it be easier to connect a second receiver for lights?
Still needs some work but for 57mm tires she stair climbs better then the rest of my rigs.

I love furitek. I’ve been buying their products for 5yrs+. I will admit their esc’s are always burning out on me. Given their customer support and warranty is amazing. They are always sending me another one whenever I have an issue. I just seem to have a lot of problems with them. I burned 3 lizard pros in the last 6mo. Motor for my grom arrived dead. The final straw I put my new unity pro i was sitting in for another build and nothing. No power to the receiver. I love their concepts, the app, all good stuff other than quality and price. I’m loving my am32’s they might be my new move.
At first I had the dig unit installed along with 4ws and Reddit was right it was to much for one rig. So I moved the dig unit to my haunterRC chassis and kept the md100 4ws. straight driveshaft. At first I wasn’t a fan until I started doing the regular tweaks. Weight up front, cut some lugs, proper inserts, etc. I was super impressed with it today I was able to make it up what I thought was impossible line today.
I own a losi hammer Rey1/10 bought it new for $750. kept breaking over and over. So I’d upgrade it to vitavon everytime something needed replacement. The thing as so much money into it. I can’t seem to sell it. I’ve posted it for $400 and no one wants it. Do I just keep it and not drive it? Do I salvage what parts an electronics I can from it? Wwyd with an expensive rc you don’t enjoy driving and cant sell?
