Recently I offered up some packets of assorted ephemera and in response I got 24 large envelopes ready to mail. The harried postal clerk told me I couldn’t give her that many to mail with the long line growing longer. I mastered the self service machine and got to watch her scold and chastise customers who didn’t know how to tape up boxes or fill out paperwork.

I have a few left I could send to anyone in need of some new material for journaling or collaging. US Canada only please due budget constraints. DM me please

I’m 72! I wish I had this incredible medication earlier in my life !One year on Zepbound, down 45 pounds. Breast cancer diagnosis and treatment along the way.

Zepbound is an important part of preventing recurrence and my team is all for it. I’m in remission and doing great. For prevention of recurrence they want us breast cancer patients to be in the regular weight range of BMI. I’ve got 12 pounds to go. It may take another year. I’m losing slowly due to some of my cancer meds but I’m weight lifting 3-4 times a week. I feel great!
