is there a name for this style of entity?

i have been wondering for some time if there is a name for a style of entity im using in my games:

  1. entirely created with particle systems.

  2. all of it in physics system.

  3. all parts completely interactive.

  4. no conventional animation.

i have my reasons for developing this style... but what is it?

with permission i can share the game or my idea for a subreddit for this odd style.

in light of the BACKROOMS movie. Streamer footage of my 2021 game about repeating room which forgets itself the more times it is created.

What happens when a room forgets itself? I made a free browser game exploring this in 2021. Having watched the BACKROOMS movie, I’m realizing my silly little game is only getting more relevant. Strange feelings but a lot of fun 😶‍🌫 https://argondevilguiderods.itch.io/room

i loved the movie... still unpacking it.

as for the game, its literally one recurring room warped each time it is entered.

do you think cinema audiences will be quiet or disruptive?

we have seen what can happen with popular internet content at cinemas.

on a scale from completely respectable to full chicken jockey what is your prediction?

either will be fun in my opinion, im not trying to make a point. just wondering.
