I’ve been gradually healing my skin of bad acne for a few years but this cluster of white bumps just WILL NOT go away 😭 online advice always suggests things like salicylic acid and exfoliators but it doesn’t seem to do anything. The only thing that seemed to make a difference was when I had a hydrofacial and the woman basically vacuumed them off my face, but they came back within 24 hours ☹️
Any advice would be gratefully received 🙏🏻
