What's the best place and time to find phones?

I usually go to target e waste, and dig for phones. I've been doing it for 3 years and I've found stuff here and there in the Vancouver wa area, is there a good time to hit of target e waste?

Can someone help from the metro or cellmapper community?

My s21 ultra will not connect to 5G Standalone for calls. While my mom's s23 Plus will. I know her phone is much newer, but I've had this issue with almost the whole s21 series. Goes from 5G UC n41 to starting a call down to LTE AWS.. Take a look and let me know please!

Anyone in or near Portland Oregon get Verizon or at&t 5G SA?

I live in Vancouver and it's NSA and even in Portland both are NSA I specifically have Verizon but am willing to test att on my s23 fe edit: these are my local towers in Vancouver Washington. Are they standalone Verizon or LTE only?towers near me
