Question about GUND Shimmer Caticorn seams.

I recently got this sweet plushie after wanting it for some time. It seems to be made of that really soft polyester fur. However, the seams at the front legs are causing the fur to lay weird. Any ideas why this is and if I can fix it?

i recently reached out to LE customer service looking for a red closest to Cinnabar but from the refillable line. i don’t own Cinnabar Velvet, but am so drawn to that shade! i am hesitant to purchase because of all the breaking stories, and i do prefer to buy refillable when i can. so perhaps i shall pick up Lili… 🤔

i did again ask about the new Velvet 2.0 formula coming to the refills, and it was again confirmed! much to look forward to 😃

hi,
i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. i received the lip balm in Chateau Rose, just shy of 2 months ago. but last night when i went to use, it smelled bad, like mold or mildew! i am so upset, especially since i bought two as soon as they came out. 😫
i keep all cosmetics in my bedroom, so no moisture from bathroom gets to them, so i’m not sure how this happened so fast.
i did email the brand, so i hope they can help me somehow. i definitely don’t feel comfortable using the bad one now though.

I saw the new eyeliner shades, and of course I’m smitten! I’ve never had any of her liners, however. As I’m an oily gal, I am wondering how these wear; doing better with the longwear kind. Any input is appreciated, as $50 CAD is a lot for one pencil! 😊
