I’m talking about the people who act like they run the mf show. I have this one coworker who drives me up the wall. I work in LTC, and since he’s been working there so long he thinks he gets to pick the residents he wants and shove all the rest onto us. Everything goes his way. Told him I was gonna go on break (just to let him know, obviously) and he acted like I was asking for permission, and he said no! Like hello? You don’t get to tell me what to do. I’m still new at this facility, and people tell me “yeah, when (his name) is working, just let him do what he wants” like uhhhh no actually we have the same job so I’m gonna stand up for myself and not let this middle aged man tell me what to do. Fuck off. Absolutely ridiculous

A resident explosive diarrhead on me at work today to the point where it was soaked through my shoes and my pants. I was obviously told to go home for the day… there were no extra shrubs or shoes for me to wear. I’m really irritated because not only did I get shit on, I’m getting paid less for it. Is this normal? Feel like the facility should pay me for my full shift regardless
