It's been almost 2 months since we requested for transfer/relocation of our modem within the same barangay. Already filed a complaint to NTC, yet NTC just keeps on sending templated replies despite several follow-ups. No action from Converge yet. We also went to their office (converge) to no avail.

This is frustrating.

I contacted the agent who installed our internet before and I was just told to avail surf2sawa and disregard our previous connection. Eh we are still within the lockin period, kami pa magkakaroon ng pretermination fee niyan.

Nakakainis na. Sobrang gastos magpa-load lagi. E ilan kami sa bahay?

May pwede pa ba kaming gawin na iba for them to fulfill their obligation? Or us customers are always at their mercy and helpless maghihintay na lang talaga?

Masyadong disappointing na pareho ang Converge at NTC.

Naka-loop in na ang NTC sa emails namin. Sinasabihan na sila ng NTC to resolve the issue. One month na hindi pa rin nalilipat sa new address namin. Gusto sana namin ma-resolve na agad + waive relocation fee as their penalty. Meron na bang nakapag-demand ng ganito kasi yun na ang next kong email? Also we cannot opt out pa kasi within lock in period pa kami and unfortunately, pangit na ibang isp sa area namin.

I'm planning to enroll sa open university nila. PUP lang kasi alam kong nag-ooffer online ng BS Math. But if you know other good universities that offer distance learning ng BS Math or Stat, please let me know. As of now, worth it be mag-study ng BS Math sa PUP? Thank you! :)

Available sa shopee yung lauvette pero wala pang review e. Sa mga naka-try na, okay ba performance? Matagal ba ma-lowbat and hindi ba gaano maingay? Or should I try Midoko na lang as a beginner? Alin ba mas okay sa dalawa? Hahaha share niyo naman thoughts nyo para makapag-checkout na ako;)
