Everyone says cheap split will need to be replaced quickly. Why? My $200 5000BTU window unit AC lasted 25 years (and counting)
2 holes blew my round. 7i out of rough was a disaster. Sideways, roller, into hazard. Hitting from rough is Fck City. Ended up +4 for the hole. Par 3 4H tee shot went fat, sideways, 50 yards, and OB. +3 for that hole. On the plus side, I hit a pure 6i (144), 7i (120), 3W (175) today. Club speed is 70mph, for 9i/7W.
Takes focus to not let rando pairing clowns get you annoyed. Slow play, not tracking their balls, 3 practice swings, looking up yardage on phone when over 250y out (and can't hit 150), Getting mad at every bad shot (despite having an ugly 1/4 swing), etc. You end up focusing on their antics more than your own game.

Used the pressure washer to clean PVC fence algae and porch PVC rails.

Was a hassle to set up.
Dragging the hose around to the front of the house. Just barely long enough.
Dragging awkward nozzle gun and electrical cord getting caught in bushes.
Was a PITA to connect the hose to the washer.
Had to use dual wrenches, etc. was annoying as heck to detach hose also.
Wasn't that effective unless I set the spray to a micro focus jet.
It was like filling in an MS paint area with fine tip pen.
Annoying as heck.
The whole thing seemed idiotic and inefficient.
Felt like I was better off just wiping down the stuff with big wet rag first.
Couldn't even detach nozzle gun extension after I was done so washer has 6 foot gun hanging out.
Then bracket for cable wrap seemed backwards, like where the heck do you coil the cord around?
I ended up reversing the clamp.
There has got to be a better way to do this.

Help me understand. I see Reddit posters saying they got mini-splits for $1500 (Not DIY). I've also seen posters say they paid upwards of $30k-$50k for new HVAC. I've gotten several estimates for $15k to replace central AC and reuse ducts. I've asked neighbors what they paid and whole house 1600 sqft. HP/splits was $25k range. What are people getting for $1000?
What is your system and what did you pay? Please do not reply with distorted DIY prices. I can DIY a car repair for 5%-10% of retail shop cost; it is not comparable. Thank you!

Was 110 out. Elevated green. Instead of 9i, I hit a 3/4 8i knock down. Hit the green!
