This is my 5th year in doe. What will be my salary next year with only 1 masters because I heard salary increases after 5th year. Thanks!

I love my job for most of the days. But my salary isn’t sustainable in nyc with 3 members household (pls don’t ask why my parents doesn’t work). I make $84k, 5th year teaching. I have bachelor in biology and masters in science education. I’m open to any roles such as youth development, museum, science education (outside of classroom), training and development, environmental science.

I’d love to know what helped you to get a new role outside of the classroom? I have been applying with resume & cover letter that aligned with each jobs and sending messages to hiring team on LinkedIn but I’m not receiving any interviews yet.

Any advice would be really appreciated on how to get interviews. Thank you so much in advance.

What to look for when applying to international schools? Can I get free housing & plane fare? What else can I get? I’m single (32f) want to move out of USA ASAP! Have been teaching here for last 6 years. I have a masters in biology education from USA. I just want less work hours so I can travel more. Is it possible? What are some legit websites to apply?
