What was the point of this button in ps3 version?

When you scroll to sticky bombs in ammu Nation it shows a button that is supposed to redirect you to ps store but when i click it nothing happens. Was there ever any use to it?

Hello, today i stumbled upon this cecha00 ps3 with box and all fill ins in good condition but its 360 euro and its kinda out of my budget range for now, and on the other hand there is a plan for next year to have a trip to japan. so im wondering are the cecha ps3 in this condition cheaper/more common in japan or should i just trade my ps3 slim and pay extra to get it now.

Psp 3000

Needed to repair a few things inside and when i put it all back togheter this one black spot appeared. It isnt here the whole time, only when pressure from the shell is here. When there is no shell everything looks fine. Can i fix that or so i need to replace the screen, and If so where do i buy a good replacement without dropping a fortune
