Which ready to buy stall healthy snack do you take when you are hungry or face craving?
I used to take vita marie gold coz it had b12 and meets craving to some extent. I want others' choices or go to snacks too. I feel like having little hearts too but it's high refined sugar content stops me

Approximately how many teaspoons of serving are needed to meet six grams of nutritional yeast flakes of urban platter?
