See you tomorrow
Good.night everyone, sleep well, . I have a workday tomorrow and start quite early, so I really need to get some good sleep, even with depression and loneliness weighing me down. Hang in there! 💪

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!
Que tristeza do caralho
Vida e uma merda
I won the genetic lottery: I’m tall, quite attractive, and have a well-defined jawline, a harmonious facial structure, and practically no asymmetry. But it turns out I’m also autistic. I’m the kind of autistic person no one would suspect if they saw me on the street. I’m probably the worst person imaginable when it comes to social skills—like, really bad. Besides speaking very quietly and being quite shy, I struggle to maintain eye contact, my speech is muddled, and my non-verbal communication is terrible. I’m 19, have no friends, and have never had a girlfriend. Obviously, it’s not because of my looks, as I mentioned. Girls have been interested in me since I was 13. I have that typical Chad Look, but unfortunately, I’m terrible at socializing. I don’t know how to start or keep a conversation going. Plus, I have hyper-fixations and interests that are very different from other people my age. Needless to say, I’ve never had friends in my life. I feel like my only quality is my appearance. On top of that, I live in an extremely toxic family and have developed trauma; I suffer from drastic mood swings, and my psychologist suspected I might be bipolar, which only makes my situation worse. I’ve been talking to a girl who seemed really interesting, and I even went on the first date of my life! The conversation didn't go badly, considering my difficulties, but she started acting weird and sending fewer messages after the date. I asked her why, and she said that even though she found me physically attractive, she didn't feel any chemistry and felt I seemed somewhat distant during the date—probably because of my lack of eye contact and limited facial expressions. I was really sad, though I had to accept it. Anyway, I don't know what else to do; it’s very hard for me. If I had been born with a normal brain, my life would have been a million times easier.
I feel really confused; I don't know what I'm feeling, what I like, or who I am. I'm terrible at speaking—my speech is very muddled, I mix up words, I forget what I'm saying, and I struggle to grasp basic lines of reasoning. My concentration is terrible, and I'm only 19 years old; I'm very unhappy because of this situation. Why am I like this? What's going on with me?
Watching WORLD cup final Alone🥲
Im so Ugly, how can some Ugly people Just live normal lives?
Therapy does not work, Im worse Then before, fuck my miserable life
I’ve always been a huge fan of Cristiano Ronaldo—not just because I’m Portuguese, but also because of his approach to the sport and his ambition to constantly improve and push boundaries. Beyond that, he literally changed my country's history; we went from a national team that couldn't even qualify for the Euros to becoming a European powerhouse. Even though liking Messi more than Cristiano is somewhat taboo here in Portugal, what Messi is doing at 39 is absurd—something unrepeatable, in my opinion. If Argentina wins this World Cup, he’ll likely win another Ballon d'Or; Messi is the one making the difference and driving Argentina forward, despite his age—he is the sole reason they haven't been eliminated yet. I now accept that he truly is the GOAT, and I find it hard to imagine anyone surpassing him in the coming decades. No matter what happens on Sunday, I’ll be deeply moved by the final match of this legend of football and world sport.
For me te goats are:
1- Lionel Messi
2- Pele
3- Cristiano Ronaldo
4- Diego Maradona
5- Johan Cruyff/Ronaldo Fenômeno
6- Alfredo di Stefano
It’s painful being the way I am; people underestimate how important having a good personality is. I’m tall, quite good-looking, and knowledgeable about a lot of things; I try to be friendly and always force myself to smile when talking to people, but it just doesn't work—I simply can't hold a normal conversation with other human beings. I’m neither charismatic nor funny; I’m probably one of the most boring people to be around. It’s impossible for me to maintain a neurotypical social interaction for more than two minutes without getting completely exhausted—my social battery is absolute crap. I swear I try my best to please people and be friendly, but it’s practically impossible for me. The worst feeling in life is realizing you’re a burden to society and to people in general; if you just be yourself, people hate you. I want so badly to make friends—I’m desperate. I see young people my age enjoying good times with their friends, girlfriends, and families, and it makes me feel so depressed when I see that. I’ve been having episodes of extreme depression where I start crying uncontrollably for over an hour while lying on the floor; sometimes I even self-harm out of pure self-hatred.
Guys, I think I'm getting better at dealing with loneliness. The last two years—since I finished high school—have been terrible due to extreme isolation, depression, anxiety, and the kinds of issues many of us face. But in the last few weeks, for the first time in a long while, I’ve been feeling better on my own; I’m getting better at handling loneliness and learning to accept it. I just wanted to say that it’s okay and normal to be solitary. Society tries to drill it into us from an early age that we have to make friends, that we’re "social beings," and all that nonsense, but in reality, we can perfectly well go through life alone and be happy. I’ve accepted that I’ll never be accepted by society—I’m autistic and have terrible social skills, and I’ve accepted that I probably won’t ever manage to make friends. It was really hard for me to come to terms with this, but I’m learning to accept it now. I’m going to focus on my hobbies and my plans for the future.
Hi, I was recently diagnosed with this condition, but the doctor wasn't clear with me—he just said it wasn't anything to worry about. What does this condition actually entail? Should I be worried in the future? What are the implications?
I'm fed up with everything. I try so hard to open up and try to have friends or someone I can talk to, but I never succeed. I've tried pretending to be someone I'm not, I've tried being myself, nothing works. I think there's something very wrong with me. I'm so young, but I'm already completely messed up psychologically. My relationship with my parents is quite complicated, but they're the only people I have in this world, and even though they were emotionally immature parents and traumatized me, I know I depend on them for any kind of human connection. When they're gone, I'll be on my own. I hate going out and seeing people happy with their friends, girlfriends, or family, having fun. It makes me very envious. If I had been born neurotypical and in a stable environment, everything would be different...
What's the best way to grow your hair out to get this haircut?
How do you make friends? Since I was a child, my family has moved around the country many times, so I've never been able to integrate. I'm autistic, introverted, have very different tastes from the norm, and live in a small rural village. I feel like I'm getting more and more desperate. I spend all day listening to music with headphones and wandering around the house daydreaming. Although I want to stop, I can't. I so wish I had someone I could talk to about my interests.

The worst part is that I try my hardest, I stepped out of my comfort zone to try to interact with people, but nothing changed. I'm still the same, without friends, without a social life, depressed, lonely and empty, I wish we humans weren't so dependent on socializing with others.

Sunday, a sunny day, ended in my bed, depressed and crying because I was so alone. I mustered the courage, got in the car, and drove to the café in my village to eat a pastel de nata. When I got there, I started to get very anxious because there were people there. I ordered my pastel de nata, and the waiter said they didn't have any more. I left the café and saw a group of young people my age socializing and having a normal social life. I put on my sunglasses to hide the tears, got back in the car, and drove home. I started crying again because I had made such a wasted effort, but at least I had 10 minutes outside the house this weekend, which is progress. I hate being so sensitive!
