Court Documents and FBI file from former Playboy Playmate Audra Christiansen, who says the FBI did not follow up in 2005 when Hugh Hefner told the agency Jeffrey Epstein had trafficked and abused her.

These are the court documents from the Fourth Amendment Complaint filed by survivors of Jeffrey Epstein that include allegations from former Playmate Audra Christiansen, who says that despite Hugh Hefner’s repeated calls to the FBI alerting them that she was a survivor of sexual abuse and trafficking of Jeffrey Epstein, the bureau never reached out to her or investigated her allegations.

Hefner reportedly notified the FBI in 2005 regarding Christiansen’s claims, according to court records.

The then-Playboy model said the FBI told Hefner that the bureau would investigate the allegations and help Christiansen, according to the complaint, but they never did she claimed.

Christiansen told NewsNation on Friday that she contacted the FBI again in 2020 amid threats against her family and later hired an attorney in an effort to secure a meeting with the bureau.

Christiansen is not identified as a plaintiff in the lawsuit, which was brought in September 2024 by 32 Jane Does, Laura Newman, and Sandra Ward. But her allegations are cited as evidence supporting the plaintiffs' claims against the FBI.

Former Playboy Playmate Audra Christiansen says the FBI did not follow up in 2005 when Hugh Hefner told the agency Jeffrey Epstein had trafficked and abused her.

’The FBI and DOJ are trying to get a lawsuit from 34 Epstein survivors dismissed because the victims “took too long” to sue.

Audra Christensen, a former Playmate, says she told Hugh Hefner what Epstein did to her. Hefner repeatedly called the FBI in 2005. They never contacted her and never investigated her claim.

She reached out again in 2020 after threats to her family. Still nothing. She even hired a lawyer. Still nothing.

Now that the survivors are suing, the same agencies that ignored the tips are arguing the case should be thrown out for being filed too late.’

Rep. Robert Garcia reacting to a new DOJ memo issued right after Todd Blanche became Attorney General. “Todd Blanche is abusing his new role as Attorney General to shield President Trump from accountability and the Epstein investigation.”

The memo expands the presidential communications privilege. This privilege mainly protected confidential communications between the President and his White House aides/government officials.

The new DOJ position says it can also cover the President’s confidential conversations with outside/private advisers, as in people who don’t work for the government, so long as the talks relate to “official duties.”

This means Trump can now potentially claim executive privilege over conversations he had with basically anyone outside the government about Jeffrey Epstein or the Epstein investigation. Those communications could be withheld from Congress, the courts, and the public.

Garcia calls it an unprecedented expansion designed to shield Trump, says it creates a massive opportunity for cover-ups, and says they will challenge it in court and fight it through oversight.

Rep. Robert Garcia: “Nobody believes there isn’t more to the Donald Trump/Jeffrey Epstein story.”

Reporter: So is it basically that James Comer wants to do the bare minimum to kind of notch these symbolic victories and these talking points, just kind of “get caught trying” to be able to claim credit for something that you don’t actually care about getting to the bottom of?

Rep. Robert Garcia: “That’s exactly right, and I think that’s a big part of it. I also think their goal, I mean, from day one has been to protect Donald Trump.

Their whole goal in the Epstein investigation has been to exonerate Donald Trump, which, that of course if far from the truth.

I try to remind people Trump was basically Jeffrey Epstein’s best friend for ten years. They were pals, they hung out. Women were recruited from Mar-a-Lago. There’s clearly a relationship there.

There was a relationship with the first lady. What exactly that was? We’re gonna find out. I mean, there’s a lot of questions.

Donald Trump is in the files almost more than any single person. The president is, Donald Trump, and yet there’s no relationship. He tried to kill the investigation, he called it a hoax. I mean, no one believes this.

No one, maybe except for Republicans in Congress, believes that there isn’t more to the Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein story.”

Ranking Member Robert Garcia’s Statement After The Senate Voted Yes To Confirm Todd Blanche as Attorney General.

Today, Rep. Robert Garcia, Ranking Member of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, released the following statement after Todd Blanche’s confirmation to serve as Attorney General passed the Senate, with all Democrats in objection.

“Todd Blanche is running the Epstein files cover-up, is personally involved with Ghislaine Maxwell’s cushy treatment, doxxed Epstein survivors, and continues to illegally withhold millions of files.

Blanche has shown repeatedly that his loyalties are to Donald Trump, and he will continue to enable corruption in the White House.

Now Chairman Comer must stick to his word and bring Blanche before our Committee immediately to answer under oath for his role in the White House cover-up,”

Rep. Melanie Stansbury’s message after Todd Blanche was confirmed by the Senate as Attorney General of the United States.

‘It’s official, the Senate has voted 50 - 49 to confirm Todd Blanche as AG—failing the American people and failing Survivors.

It is a dark moment for our system of checks and balances, as the justice department is being weaponized for retribution, shielding the Administration from accountability, and actively obstructing the Epstein case.

There is no doubt that these 50 votes will go down in history.

To every survivor and every person who cares about justice: this is not the end. We will continue fighting to hold them accountable.’

All I have to say is we knew this was coming and it changes nothing, we need to keep applying the pressure and keep these criminals names in the headlines. Don’t give up on your research, a time will come when your piece of the puzzle is needed. Don’t stop talking about it, and please don’t stop giving these women a voice to be heard.
