Where can I find a movement for this Swatch?

Im trying to repair my father’s water damaged swatch irony. Swatch offered a 50% discount on the same model but would replace the whole unit. Also how do i open this without damaging the crystal? Ive done many watch crystals before but Ive heard that these break easily. Thanks 🙏

Ive also considered buying a fake moonswath and stripping the movement becouse im on a budget.

Sure but what did they really cost you?

This watch belonged to my great great grandfather, he got this watch in 1969. Sadly passed away in 2015. My grandmother gave me this watch after being in her closet for almost 10 years. Recently decided to get it serviced by a semi professional watchmaker. I couldn’t bring myself to attempt a sentimental piece like this. Also decided to keep the original patina and crystal, not planning ok wearing it.
